5 finalists, from the 100 nominees list, will pitch on the stage at European Blockchain Convention 2023 to a jury panel of investors. After the pitches, the winner will be announced on stage.

Criteria

100 Nominees

The 100 nominees have been selected by an EBC Committee in line with the following criteria:

  • Startups must have raised a pre-seed or seed funding round in the last 18 months. 

  • Total funding raised must be over €1M.

  • Startups must be founded in 2018 and onwards

  • Startups must have at least an MVP (minimal viable product)

  • Startups must be related to Blockchain, crypto, Web3, NFTs or Metaverse industry

  • Startups must be based in Europe

5 Finalists

The 5 Finalists will be determined by a weighted total between:

  • Public Voting: 50%
Your input is very important in terms of shaping the Awards.
 
  • EBC Committee: 50%

A group of industry experts from around the world, will provide significant feedback on all proposals.
