Amarjit Singh, is EY’s EMEIA Assurance Blockchain Leader. He is a strong advocate of helping build trust in the blockchain and digital assets sphere with the purpose of meeting the needs of the various stakeholders in the ecosystem. This had led to Amarjit assisting various regulators and governments as well as corporations and users as they navigate this space. Being a Financial Service Partner with deep hands-on regulatory experience arising from implementation of various UK/EU legislation as well as leading the custody and other regulatory engagements, he has represented EY externally on regulatory matters in the Financial Services Industry for many years. He currently also represents EY at the Institute of Chartered Accountants of England and Wales (ICAEW) chairing the Digital Assets SteerCo and an Ambassador of Global Blockchain Business Council (GBBC).
