Bianca is the Associate GC and Head of Policy at NEAR Foundation. She has experience in commercial matters across different sectors and jurisdictions. Working in the digital asset industry (tokens, NFTs) since 2018 covering a broad range of general commercial work, data protection, AML compliance, risk management, corporate governance, corporate finance and regulatory matters.
