Eliézer is the Head of Research at 21.co; the parent company of 21Shares, the world’s largest ETP issuer of cryptoassets. He has helped grow assets from $20 million to over $2 billion by providing thesis-driven insights into crypto markets and patterns associated with the global economy and geopolitics.
The research department also pioneers frameworks and tools to drive product innovation at 21.co and support financial institutions, journalists, regulators, and the community to navigate the cryptoasset industry.
With nearly 10 years of experience in crypto, some of Eliézer’s previous research papers featured in world’s leading organisations including RAND, a global policy think tank created in 1948 to offer research and analysis to the United States Armed Forces. He started his career in Venture Capital investing in seed and early-stage companies in New York, including a billion-dollar Fintech startup.
He’s also a guest lecturer on blockchain technology and obtained his master’s degree in International Business with Honors and wrote his master’s thesis on how the Bitcoin network could improve financial inclusion in developing economies.
