Katia has 25+ years of experience building derivative models and electronic trading systems, having led quant and tech teams at UBS, Citi and Lloyds. She was an early advisor to Morpho Labs, a leading DeFi lending protocol and she is also a Visiting Lecturer at the University of Oxford.
