Laurence started her career in 2004 within the Finance Department of a public company, as a Front Office trader and then as a financial auditor.
She joined AXA IM in 2009 initially as Senior Internal Auditor, moved to the Structured Finance teams as Chief Operating Officer in 2013 before taking over the transversal initiatives for Portfolio Control in 2015. Since 2019, Laurence is leading innovation management and strategic initiatives for AXA IM.
Laurence holds a master’s degree in Finance from University Paris IX-Dauphine
