Maria is the founder and CEO of EkoLance, the first blockchain-based talent platform specializing in onboarding web3 builders by organizing online hackathons and online training programs. EkoLance’s platform, www.techfiesta.dev, has over 10,000 users and collaborates with major blockchain protocols. Maria holds a Master’s in Finance from NOVA School of Business and Economics and is a graduate of the DLT Talents program at Frankfurt School of Finance. With over 8 years experience in the financial services industry Maria has advised global financial services players—including banks, exchanges, insurance firms, and asset managers—on various technology topics, with blockchain being one of them.
