SABANA LABS, S.L. (hereinafter, EBC), with identification number B67269597 and registered office at Calle Pujades 5-55 Box 33, Barcelona, is the controller for the processing of your personal data as a speaker at the event.

The personal data that we process are those that you provide when you register on the form provided for the purpose of participating as a speaker at the event. In particular, your name and surname, your profession and professional position, your areas of professional expertise, your email address, your image and your profile on social networks (i.e. LinkedIn and Twitter) are processed.

Once you have completed your registration on the form provided for this purpose, EBC will process the personal data included therein for the following purposes and under the following legitimate basis:

i. To manage your participation as a speaker at the event, including the sending of any necessary communication between EBC and you. This processing will be carried out under the contractual performance, as it is necessary in order to manage your participation both as a candidate speaker and as a speaker if you have been selected.

ii. To disseminate your image and basic information about you and your profession in EBC’s social networks and/or the media in order to promote the event. This processing will be carried out based on the legitimate interest that EBC has in being able to market and advertise its event and inform about the participants in the event. Additionally, on the basis of the aforementioned legitimate interest, we may disseminate your speech, images or videos taken of you as a speaker at the event and which have been captured during the event.

iii. To put you in contact with companies and/or media participating in the event, provided that you have given your consent to do so.

iv. To send you commercial communications about EBC products and services that may be of interest to you based on the consent you have given us through the questionnaire to send you this type of communication.

In addition, we inform you that your personal data will be stored by EBC for the purposes described above until you withdraw your consent or exercise your privacy rights. Where appropriate, the data will be stored, duly blocked, for the periods of limitation of our legal obligations and any liabilities arising from their processing.

On the other hand, we inform you that your personal data will be communicated to companies participating in the event and/or media that wish to contact you, provided that you have consented to this communication.

In addition, your personal data may be made accessible, as data processors, by third party service providers with whom EBC has entered into a data processor contract. Also, please note that the event is attended by different companies that have a stand through which they promote their products and/or services, these entities are completely independent of EBC – which only provides the space for the stand – and, consequently, we cannot control their processing of personal data of the assistants, which will be carried out by them as data controllers for their own purposes.

Finally, we inform you that you may exercise the rights of access, rectification, portability, erasure, restriction or objection to the processing, as well as the right to withdraw your consent at any time. These rights may be exercised by sending a letter to Carrer Pujades 51-55 Box 33, Barcelona, or by sending an e-mail to the following address: missgago@eblockchainconvention.com. Likewise, if you consider it necessary, you may request the protection of the Spanish Data Protection Authority through its website www.aepd.es.
